Most investors have, at some time in their lives, borrowed money to complete a real estate transaction. Generally speaking, they have not had the opportunity to be on the other side of the desk and be a lender.  WSWM’s private lending option gives investors the ability to loan money to real estate investors who then become the borrower.  We carefully select deals which meet your criteria and all loans are secured by a first mortgage on the borrower’s  performing investment real estate.

Transactions are handled through a Title Company, or Closing Attorney, with funds being wired directly to their respective escrow or trust account – WSWM does not handle funds at any time.  Transactions are in accordance with all applicable local real estate laws in the state where the subject property is located.  Upon closing, the note is recorded with the local authorities and the borrower will commence regular monthly payments.
